Our mission is to share information and experiences in information technology enabled performance improvement. Members are leading organizations who want to learn from peers and share successes and lessons learned; they use the Scottsdale Institute as a vehicle for collaboration. Our focus is on solutions from an executive and clinical perspective, emphasizing the linkage of people, process and technology to achieve performance improvement. Our programs involve collaboration, research, information exchange and networking. We believe that solutions for healthcare involve comprehensive culture change and process redesign along with strategic information technology deployment. We recognize that achievement in these areas requires the commitment of the entire executive team.
